Prosecutor Has Offered a Deal: Is It Good Enough?

You Can Only Force So Much
0:00 / 0:00
A caller’s son was charged with a felony and the prosecutor has agreed to drop the charge to a misdemeanor if her son will plead guilty. Could they try for a better deal?
